On the ground floor ther's a spacious open-plan living/dining/kithen with an open fire place.

French doors lead to the terrace, (table for eight), with stunning views of Le Cercle de Lescun (also seen through three large south-east facing window). There are two sofas and an armchair for relaxing + TV, while for the more studious a large desk under the south west windows provides the perfect working environment. A wooden staircase leads up to the front door continuing up to the first floor.
Here is the original sitting room with its Bearnaise fire-place, old bread oven and a discret plasma TV. From here you have an exciting south west view across to the mountain Le Billare (2300 m) as well as a south east facing window from which the morning sun flows in. Sliding doors off the sitting room lead to a small double bedroom with a king size bed from where you can fall asleep watching the fire die down. An adjoining bathroom leads onto a single bedroom or dressing room, with an extra pull out bed.

On the 2nd floor are two more bedrooms, both with a double and a single bed: one, very spacious, the smaller one cosy with wooden panels. They share the shower room/WC along the passage and here you really do have "a loo with a view"!
