Xyloporta, with its terraces & courtyards, some allowing the breeze to circulate, others walled in, some in the shade and some in full sun, has a special place for everyone. From a spacious airy wooden deck surrounded by olive trees below guests can enjoy forested hillsides and cyprus trees in one direction and views of the indented coastline of Zakynthos in the other.

Arriving from the parking area a delightful vine-covered courtyard greets you and from here you enter the main living/kitchen area with french doors leading out to the swimming pool and magnificent views of the coast line. At the end of the pool an old olive tree provides shade for one of several 'alfresco' eating areas. Another is on a covered verandah leading off the sitting room, a wonderful spot for peaceful breakfasting while looking out to sea.
