Few villas on Zakynthos are actually right by the sea, but Tramontana really is. The villa commands stunning views along the coast and out to the island of Kefalonia.

Beyond the infinity pool, a 50 yard path winds down to a private expanse of user-friendly rocks with easy access to the crystal water.

The house is protected by a large walled courtyard which provides an 'alfresco' living area, with a barbeque, and shaded eating that overlooks the pool and sea.

The main house includes a spacious en suite bedroom with wide sliding doors that open onto a covered verandah and side deck with spectacular sea views.

French windows allow access from the large all purpose living room to the pool and terrace.

The well appointed open plan kitchen includes two fridges and a dishwasher. An airy glass cupola above the round dining room table gives the area a charming atrium feel, while the L shaped built in sofas invite comfortable relaxation.

Further accommodation is provided by three detached en suite cabanas with their own patios overlooking the water.

Other facilities include table tennis, a boules pitch, olive groves and cactus gardens.
